Legacy Veterans Home has applied for recognition of federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our application is currently pending with the Internal Revenue Service.

Legacy Veterans Home is committed to responsible stewardship of donations and grant funds. The organization maintains financial controls governing expenditures, reimbursements, documentation, approvals, banking, and financial reporting.
